Tom Foreman Tom earned a B.S. in Economics in 1972 from Texas Technological University and an M.B.A. from The College of Business at West Texas A&M University in 2005. During the 80s Tom was appointed by the Reagan Administration to serve the USDA as an advisor and economist focusing on agricultural research and extension in Washington D.C. Prior to founding WestPan Associates in 1990, he worked as a technical analyst for Texas Agricultural Research Associates which published a weekly livestock market newsletter, as a stockbroker with Signal Securities in Ft. Worth, and he spent 18 years as CFO for Carrumpa Land and Cattle Co. with operations in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. In 2003 WestPan’s home office was relocated from Oklahoma to Arizona. |
