Tom Foreman has a B.S. in Economics from Texas Technological University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The College of Business at West Texas A&M University.  He has 30+ years’ experience with futures and options.
During the 80s Tom was appointed by the Reagan Administration to serve the USDA as an advisor and economist focusing on agricultural research and extension in Washington D.C.
 
Prior to founding WestPan Associates in 1990, he worked as a technical analyst for Texas Agricultural Research Associates which published a weekly livestock market newsletter, as a stockbroker with Signal Securities in Ft. Worth, and spent 18 years as CFO for Corrumpa Land and Cattle Co. with operations in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado.
